What this workflow does

When a candidate completes their document signature in SuccessFactors Onboarding, Integration Center pushes the event to n8n, which then:

  • 📧 Sends the candidate a personalized survey email with a pre-filled Google Form link
  • ✈️ Alerts your HR Telegram group that the candidate is done and Manage Pending Hire needs action

No BTP. No CPI license. No middleware. Just Integration Center — which is already part of your SF subscription — and a self-hosted n8n instance.
